Terms of service.

The service
MetalShopHQ provides shop-management software for metal fabrication businesses, accessed over the web. By creating an account you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Don’t share credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, email info@metalcuthq.com right away and we’ll help you secure it.
Your data is yours
Customer lists, drawings, inventory, jobs, time entries, photos — anything you upload remains your property. We act as a custodian to operate the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use MetalShopHQ to host or transmit content that’s illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, or attempts to compromise the service. Don’t resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.
Availability
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in-app where possible. Operational incidents are reported transparently.
Pricing & billing
MetalShopHQ is offered as a monthly subscription per shop. Current plans and prices are published on the pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. New shops receive a 14-day free trial; you can cancel before day 15 to avoid being charged. Subscriptions are billed in USD or CAD depending on your shop's country. Taxes are added at checkout where required by your jurisdiction.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk; we’ll give notice and an opportunity to export your data where reasonable.
Liability
MetalShopHQ is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.
